includes ECU, wiring harness, Air Mass Meter, Ignition Igniter, everything that you get from a donor car needed for a conversion. The 2.2, overall, for not being the most 'hot rod' engine of the Soob engines.....is the best blend of non OBD-II technology, nice size, easy to work on....this and the SVX engines are my favorite Subaru engines for Vanagons. This is a very nicely running 'bread and butter' engine...the most 'toyota-like'....the easiest conversion with great late-model tech features.....4 valves per cylinder, overhead cam, knock sensor, electronic fuel injection, etc. A sweet, sweet motor. When you buy anything from me, it's all there, it's organized, I tell you what you are getting and what you arn't getting. You get to buy from someone who knows this stuff, and who cares. $ 900.00

1984 waterboxer 1.9 long block with one head. Might respond very nicely to a ring and valve job. Would not be afraid to use it for my own van - lots of life left with proper care and understanding. $ 125.00

1996 Subaru SVX complete engine & fuel system.SOLD ONLY 19,000 MILES ON IT !! - out of an imaculate bright red SVX all wheel drive coupe. Pics soon. This is ONE FINE VANAGON or Syncro Vanagon ENGINE.....I just love the conversion I just finished on a 90 syncro westy.....torque, smoothness, throttle response, 7,000 rpm ....whether you want to loaf around, or scream, this engine is just awesome ! A very, very well made engine - like a privelidge to own or work on, never mind drive ! $ 3,500.00

bargain 2.1 wbxr block full engine, history not known. Rebuildable core at least. $ 150.00

1997 SUBSARU 2.5 DOHC 165 hp enigne Only 25,000 miles on this very nice looking engine. An EXCELLENT Vanagon conversion engine. A few parts and some of the wiring harness are currently missing.....details available, extensive details, if you are interested......$ 2,300 as is, and more like $ 2,650 if I get it to a full, full, complete set. Pics available of course.
